How Solenoid Valve Works

Solenoid valve is an industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetic, and it is an automatic basic component used to control fluid. It belongs to actuator and is not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic. Used in industrial control systems to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of the medium. The solenoid valve can be matched with different circuits to achieve the desired control, and the control accuracy and flexibility can be guaranteed.

There are many kinds of solenoid valves. Different solenoid valves play a role in different positions of the control system. The most commonly used ones are check valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed control valves, etc. In principle, it can be divided into three categories: direct-acting solenoid valves, step-by-step direct-acting solenoid valves, and pilot-operated solenoid valves. Solenoid valve selection should first follow the four principles of safety, reliability, applicability, and economy, and then select according to six aspects of on-site working conditions.

Field working conditions in six aspects, namely pipeline parameters, fluid parameters, pressure parameters, electrical parameters, action methods, and special requirements. When installing, it should be noted that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium, and it should not be installed in a place where there is direct dripping or splashing. When the solenoid valve fails or is cleaned, a bypass device should be installed to ensure the continued operation of the system.
